		<description><![CDATA[<p>It's only a week into the Spring Training Season and the battles seem to be winding down already.&nbsp; Especially in the Starting rotation.&nbsp; <br />Of course Zack Greinke and Gil Meche are locks at 1 or 2 or 2 and 1, doesn't really matter.&nbsp; The 3 spot looks to be Horacio Ramierz unless he just pitches his way out of the spot ( a distinct possibility) as a left-hander he'll get a lot of shots at the spot. Now the 4 and 5 spots are coming down to Kyle Davies, Luke Hoceaver and Brian Bannister.&nbsp; The early returns look good for Davies and Hoceaver, the former #1 overall pick in the draft.&nbsp; Bannister, the deck looks stacked against him and he got hit a bit today. </p><p>Let me know what you think.... </p><p><a href="http://www.kansascityroyalsnews.com/geraldirons/weblog/6679/the-battles-are-ending-early.html">Continue reading "The battles are ending early"</a></p>]]></description>
